Sunday 24th May we will be hosting our Annual History Festival Month with Australian Lebanese Association on display at the Fullarton Park Community Centre.
Join us for a vibrant celebration of history, culture, and community!
As part of History Festival Month, the Australian Lebanese Association warmly invites you to a full day of cultural discovery on:

Experience a rich cultural display showcasing Arts, Food, Music, and Dance, celebrating the proud contributions of the Lebanese community in Australia.
Throughout the event, visitors can explore:
- 🇦🇺 Australian Lebanese ANZAC displays, honouring service and sacrifice
- 🎖️ A listing of World War Two Veterans, remembering Australia’s history and heritage
Enjoy a sample of our Lebanese Saaj Bread (Flat Bread),
We warmly encourage descendants of previous Australian service members, as well as their families and the wider community, to be part of this special History Festival event.

See our traditional dress, information banners about our Anzacs and artefacts that have been collected throughout time.

Food from amazing Lebanese Caterers - including sweets, Falafel, traditional bread. We will also be holding demonstration of how to make a Vegan Salad FATOUSH!

Learn a few Arabic Words
How awesome would it be to know a few words in Arabic. The wonderful people at the Arabic Language and Culture of South Australia will be scheduled in to teach us, not the naughty words of course.

Imagine flat bread, made the old school way. Our special guest will be making traditional Flat Bread on the Saaj.
The Lost Pantry
Experience the flavour of vegan foods after a demonstration of how to make one of Lebanon's favourite Salad - the lesser known FATOUSH.
480 Specialist Cafe
$5 to warm your coffee'd soul. What can we say, the Lebanese love our coffee! We are glad to have many fine baristas in our community. Enjoy a coffee, tea or chocolate as you wander around the historic display inside, watch and listen to the beautiful musicians, or just enjoy a coffee because it's great!
