It is our great honour to invite you to a special dinner welcoming Her Excellency Mrs Mirna Khawly, Ambassador of Lebanon to Australia, during her official visit to South Australia.

The evening will commence at 6.00pm with an exclusive meet and greet with Her Excellency, followed by a three-course dinner featuring a fusion of traditional Lebanese favourites and Australian classics.

Guests will also have the opportunity to hear directly from Her Excellency through a pre-arranged Q&A session, offering a unique insight into her role, experiences and vision for strengthening the relationship between Lebanon and Australia.

This special occasion will bring together members, sponsors and friends of South Australia’s Lebanese Australian community to warmly welcome Her Excellency, celebrate the enduring ties between our two countries and recognise the significant contribution of the Lebanese community to Australian life.

The dinner will be hosted by the Hamood family at Rezz Hotel. With a hospitality legacy dating back to the 1960s, generations of the Hamood family have made a lasting contribution to South Australia’s Lebanese community through their hospitality, community involvement and ongoing support of cultural events and organisations.

Through their vision, hard work and strong family values, the Hamood family has transformed Rezz into one of Adelaide’s most recognised award-winning hospitality destinations—a welcoming place where people, families and cultures come together.

The Australian Lebanese Association warmly thanks the Hamood family for their generous hospitality and for hosting this memorable evening in honour of Her Excellency Mrs Mirna Khawly.
