Albury’s Public Art Walking Tour
A Guided tour of Albury's public art
Join us to explore the visual narratives behind the murals and art installations of Albury's public art within the CBD.
We will be moving within and through familiar spaces, you will encounter a selection of interesting and thought-provoking works.
This guided public art tour is a wonderful way to hear the stories about each work and understand how important they are to our city and its community.
Date: Saturday 14th September
Time: 10 am
Duration: 1 hour
Age: Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Price: Free but bookings are essential

Start by meeting us at the front of the Library Museum in Alburys CBD. Where we will explore:
- The laser cut steel installation of Bruce Dawns poem 'Living Rivers
- The 'Mighty Murray Mural' by Peter Day
- Lightbox Installation artworks by Helen Newman, Sonam Yangdon and Nasim Nasr
- Mural 'Parking Paradise' by Auroa Campbell at Kiewa Street Carpark

Please note: Participating in this tour will require you to travel outdoors, for approximately 600m without vehicles. Surfaces include bitumen, gravel, concrete, grass and brick. Attendees are advised to wear flat closed-in shoes and sun-safe attire. Please bring an umbrella if there are light showers.
