Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 21st March 2021.
8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.
On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting together under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for Black Dog Ride's 1 Dayer 2021 today!
COVID 19 Arrangements
Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)
If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.
Albury Wodonga VIC 1 Dayer 2021 Details:
It's never been more important to get together, support our community and each other so we are doing things a bit different this year.
This year you decide your Black Dog Ride.
We will have carefully selected 8 BDR check points on both sides of the border, small communities that will not only welcome you, but need our support, places that you may not have been before and offer a ride experience that is a little different.
At check in you will be provided with a ride entry card and the list and map of the BDR checkpoints, which checkpoints and how many you choose is up to you but to be eligible for the draw you need a minimum of 3 stamps, get all 8 and your entry goes into the major draw.
Check in and registration is open from 8:30am until 10:00am at La Maison Restaurant Carpark, Lincoln Causeway Albury 2640.
The La Maison team will be offering brekkie rolls and coffee and BDR merchandise will be available
Your ride card and draw entry needs to be completed and handed in by 3:00pm at the Granya Hotel to complete the ride.
