Embarking on a profound journey into our inner world, ALCHĒMIA offers a unique and heartful exploration of the connection we share with our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Led by Maya Fernandez & Pia Husbands, this half-day Yoga and 9D Breathwork retreat combines their unique skillsets to offer you series of nourishing practices and experiences. All designed to foster deep healing and connection with the self your fellow community. ❤️

The journey will begin with a meditation and serving of Blue Lotus Tea, where we will ground into the space, our bodies and connect with the medicine of the Lotus flower. Transitioning into a slow flow yoga practice we combine slow, nourishing movements guided by breath and long-held yin postures.

This sets the foundation for a 9D Somatic Breathwork session, a practice that uses conscious connected breathwork, pranayama, somatic movement and meditation to bring us closer to our authentic self. Connecting us to our unlimited potential and will have us experiencing our inner freedom, abundance, wisdom and love.

We integrate the breathwork journey with a sound healing session and sharing circle. Then to close the night we share a wholesome, vegan feast for dinner together before departing the space.

THE FACILITATORS

MAYA FERNANDEZ

Maya is a yoga and meditation based in Boorloo, Perth Australia. After completing a 200-hour teacher training in 2020, Maya has been offering yoga and it’s teachings with the wider community.

Maya's teaching style is rooted in slow, embodied, mindful movement with an emphasis on the breath and self love. She is passionate about incorporating yoga both on and off the mat, allowing these teachings to guide us to our innermost peace everyday- which is our birthright to experience.
Having experienced first hand how of yoga, and breathwork can help anxiety the human experience, Maya’s intention is to always create a safe space for her students to connect with their inner peace away from the noise of the outside world. In her offerings you can find a weaving of movement, breath, sound, and often sensory experiences such essential oils and food

PIA HUSBANDS

Pia is a breathwork facilitator, bodyworker and wellness advocate with a deep love for creation and connection amongst the planet. Having experience and training in Zen Thai Shiatsu and Aroma Touch techniques, Pia now combines these with conscious connected breathing, ancient pranayama techniques and movement to enhance mental, emotional and spiritual states of well-being.

After discovering the benefits of conscious breathing in 2019, Pia has dedicated her life to sharing these transformative techniques with others. Pia is committed to providing a safe space for others to experience their wholeness, and integrates the grounding elements of holistic wellness to ensure you return back to yourself with clarity and ease.

Passionate about healing and personal growth, Pia believes in empowering individuals to live life to their fullest potential. As a performance maker, she brings a creative and artistic approach to her facilitations, enabling her clients to express themselves fully and authentically in all aspects of their being.

ABOUT 9D SOMATIC BREATHWORK

Somatic Breathwork is a specific style of breath designed to heal and restore connection to oneself from the inside out. Pairing deep conscious breathing with intuitive movement and assisted bodywork, we provide you a safe space to explore your inner workings connect to deeper states of awareness.

This 9D Somatic Breathwork session is composed and created by Brian Kelly founder of Breath Masters, and led by your facilitators. It is a unique experience that blends together guided breathwork, headphones and nine dimensions of sound to create ideal states of healing and transformation. By combining binaural beats, 432 hz frequencies, subliminal messaging and hypnotherapy, this journey is designed to unlock and release deep stored trauma from the body.

If you would like to journey through our breathwork session without headphones, this can be accommodated on request.
