This will be the perfect opportunity to co-create a beautiful safe space to connect to the self, to reset and to gift your mind and body deep relaxation and restoration.

This class will blend light movement and breathing techniques that support and nourish the nervous system, bringing the body into a deeply peaceful parasympathetic state. Down regulation or parasympathetic breathwork focuses on activating the 'rest and digest' response in the body which is essential for enhancing nervous system resilience. Unlike somatic breathwork which heavily focuses on mouth breathing, this style emphasises nasal breathing and offers a more meditative and calming space to observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

We will be pairing these breathwork techniques with our favourite plant medicine, Blue Lotus, which is known for promoting deep states of relaxation, alleviating anxiety, and supporting relief from insomnia, stress and depression.

10 minutes of mindful movement
An introduction to the breathing technique
40 minutes of guided down-regulated breathwork
Remaining time sharing circle and light refreshments
