ALCHEMIC YOGA WINTER RETREAT
with John Burke & Dean Bennett
8th June - 13th of June 2022
At our winter retreat we will work with the internal fires and yoga for the Five Elements.A different element of yoga is practiced each day along with partner stretching & prana development.Winter is the best time to work the Ancestral energies. We do a lot of work on generating the ‘Internal Heat’ which the Tibetans call ‘Tu Mo’, which we then use to access our ancestors in order to modify or change our DNA.
John Burke a true master in Healing, Healthy Anatomy & Physiology & World Wisdom and the founder of Alchemic Yoga and will be the lead teacher here.
This Retreat is held at Temple of Vitality Dunbible, situated on Mount Nullum - half way between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.
MORNINGS
-8am arrive drop in & enjoy an indigenous tea before
-8:30am start of 1.5 hours of gentle & well explained asana – we do a different element each morning, in the ‘Shen’ or ‘nourishing’ cycle of the Elemental states.
-10 am Light Breakfast
-10:40 am 1 hour of partner stretching
-12 noon Lunch
AFTERNOONS
Free time to roam the fruit forest, hike the glorious mountain, sit by waterfalls or swim in the Copper/Silver Ionised pool or hot Ozone spa. Visit the local town of Murwillumbah (12 mins away) with her fantastic cafes and art scene
-3:30pm Theory & Prana, Chi and Auric sensitivity and development class 1 hour
EVENINGS
-6pm Communally prepared dinner
-8pm Evening Circle/Meditations-the Internal Fires and Yoga Nidras. At night we work on the “internal fires”, what my Tibetan teachers call Tu Mo, which we use to access Ancestral patterns and to help raise the Kundalini. We also call in the Celtic Arch angels & Aboriginal Elder Spirit Beings, helping to tonify the Ley lines and song lines and strengthen our own & the collective's paradigms.Note: Please arrive Tuesday 7th to start early Wednesday morning and plan to leave late Monday. We can work the full moon Sunday night so that you can leave in the afternoon Monday.You are welcome to come for just the week-end or for certain days, just please let us know a day or two in advance.

Full 6 Day Retreat $800
Daily Attendance $135 a day.
Includes 3 meals, use of Ozone Spa, Pool, Ice Bath & Commercial sized Gymnasium.

All meals are communally prepared in the sumptuous kitchen area.
ACCOMODATION:
There are luxury rooms available which can be twin share if needed, they will be $250 extra/room for the 6 days. Or you're welcome to pitch a tent or van, camping is free, and there are plentiful spots.
FACILITIES:
There is reverse cycle air-con inside the main house to maintain an optimum temperature, there's a huge shed which houses a commercial sized gymnasium, an ice bath, Ozone Hot Tub, Copper/Silver Ionised swimming pool; herb, fruit & vegetable gardens around the 75 acre farm. We have Mount Nullum national park as our back neighbour so its exceptionally serene, private and peaceful.We look forward to meeting you.
TREATMENTS:
John is a renowned healer, specialising in releasing trapped nerves, veins, arteries, lymph, & re-setting the digestive system. If you'd like to book in for a treatment please text me. There are usually 1-2 spots available each day for retreat attendees. Cost $70.
