Paqo Tom, our Shamanic Healer, is a mesa-carrying practitioner trained in the Q’ero lineage and grounded in the wisdom of ancient ritual and master plant medicine. With trauma-informed care and intuitive guidance, he offers a compassionate container where deep healing unfolds and the soul is gently restored to its natural lightness.

🌿 How to Prepare

This is a sacred journey—come as you are, and prepare to be transformed.

What to bring:

A pillow, cushion, blanket, or backjack to sit on comfortably on the ground
A yoga mat to lay upon during our journey
A water bottle and any personal comforts (eye mask, shawl, layers, etc.)
A journal and pen for reflection and integration
A totem or small item for the altar (something meaningful or symbolic of your intention)
An open heart and a willingness to explore your inner landscape

What to wear:

Dress in comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. You’re welcome to wear something that feels ritualistic, sensual, or symbolic to support your connection to the sacred. Bare feet, soft fabrics, and natural tones are encouraged—but above all, come in what helps you feel safe, grounded, and true to yourself.

Preparing your inner temple:

As you prepare to enter this space, take time to tune in to what’s alive within you—your desires, emotions, longings, and intentions. Come lightly nourished, and please refrain from alcohol, intoxicants, and heavy meals beforehand to support energetic clarity and embodied presence.

This ceremony will be held outdoors, under the open sky, in communion with the setting sun and rising moon—please dress accordingly and arrive with reverence for the elements.

Elana Stern is a devoted guide in Tantra Yoga, walking the path of love and supporting individuals, couples, and groups in cultivating sacred connection, embodied presence, and lasting transformation. She was drawn to meditation as a teenager, studied Eastern Philosophy and Religion academically, trained with celebrity fitness icons in NYC, and earned Yoga Teacher certifications in both Vinyasa Yoga (Cindy Lee lineage) and Restorative Yoga. Her foundation is further enriched by training in Tibetan Buddhist, Transcendental, Vipassana, Mindfulness, and Sonic Meditation modalities, as well as Pranayama breathwork and Reiki techniques. Her journey expanded through advanced certification with Yoga Chitta—a Black-owned yoga school serving the BIPOC community-where she mentors yoga teacher trainees. After a life-altering kundalini awakening opened the portal to deeper energetic and tantric realms, she became a certified facilitator of Tao Tantra Arts (Mantak Chia and Osho lineages) and a graduate of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA). With a vision for evolving consciousness in Philadelphia, Elana founded the Tantra Collective—producing monthly offerings for embodied spiritual connection—and ONE LOVE HUB, the city's co-created community for conscious events. With decades of practice in movement, meditation, and energy healing, Elana's teaching bridges the physical and the spiritual. Do I need to have prior Tantra or shamanic experience?
Not at all. This ceremony is open to all adults, and we welcome both first-time participants and seasoned practitioners with open arms.

What type of people participate?
All adults are welcome here. Whether single or partnered, parent or child-free, of any background or orientation—you are invited to journey in a safe, supportive, and nurturing space.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes. To maintain a safe and mature ceremonial container, participants must be 18 years or older.

What do I bring?

A pillow, cushion, blanket, or backjack to sit on comfortably on the ground

Optional: A totem or meaningful object for the altar

How should I dress?

Comfortable, layered clothing (ritual whites or light tones are welcome)
Be prepared to be barefoot outdoors to ground with the earth.

Is the start time important?
Yes. Doors open at 6:45pm, and we will begin promptly at 7pm. Please arrive early to settle in. If you’re running late, text the number provided in your registration confirmation email.

Will there be nudity or intimacy in this experience?
No. While Tantra encompasses a broad spectrum of practices, this is a clothed, sovereign, non-sensual, inward journey held in a deeply respectful, non-sexual container.

Are intoxicants or altering medicines permitted or utilized?
This is a sober event. No intoxicants or altering substances (including plant medicine) are used or permitted in this ceremony. We invite energy to move naturally and attune with the Divine essence within.

What is the location of this event?
The ceremony takes place at a private residence in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. The exact address will be shared via email after registration.

Is there parking available?
Yes. A designated street parking area will be shared by email upon registration. Kindly avoid parking in the driveway so it remains clear for entry and flow.

Where do I enter the space?
We will gather in the garden behind the private home (address shared after registration). In the event of inclement weather, we’ll gather inside the home in a prepared ceremonial space.

Why do I need to provide my contact information?
We ask for your full name, email address, and phone number to share important event details and maintain a safe, intentional space. Registrations with false or incomplete information may be canceled.

Will tickets be available at the door?
No. Advance registration is required to receive the private location. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Events often sell out—we recommend registering early. If tickets sell out, you may join the waitlist.

Are sliding-scale tickets available?
If cost is a barrier, please contact Tantra Collective directly. We are committed to accessibility—no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

What is the COVID protocol?
While masks are not required, please arrive in good health and hygiene. Wash hands before entry, come in clean clothing, and stay home if you're feeling unwell. Your care supports the well-being of all.
