There comes a moment when we are ready to quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect with the wisdom within.

Under the introspective energy of Scorpio season, with Sun & Moon in

Scorpio, on the 8th of November, you are invited into a deeply restorative journey of sound, cacao, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement and inner reconnection.

Emotional reset: an opportunity to pause and let go of accumulated stress.

Inner reconnection: moving away from constant doing and toward stillness, self-awareness and heart coherence.

Personal transformation: leaving with a clear intention, renewed perspective and a sense of possibility.

Through cacao, guided meditation, gentle breathwork, soft movement and an immersive sound healing experience, we will create space to soften, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters.

✨ Release what no longer serves your growth.

✨ Reconnect with your heart and inner wisdom.

✨ Awaken your intentions for the next chapter.

✨ Leave feeling grounded, nourished and renewed.

You don’t need to become someone new. Sometimes transformation begins by remembering who you are beneath all the noise.

Come as you are. Leave with space for what is next.

Looking forward to seeing you for this very special event!

Much love

Gaby
