A Men's Yoga & Sound Journey
Facilitators Ash & Kane are passionate about offering space that allows men to take better care of their wellbeing.
through this fusion of beginner-friendly yoga and meditative sound healing, you will be able to connect with yourself on a deeper level in a welcoming and supportive environment amongst other guys.
Newcomers and experienced practitioner's are welcome.
This journey is an opportunity to connect with your present experience - we will flow, breathe and listen as one.
Sound Healing has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing. Soothing sounds and vibrations will help create a sanctuary of stillness for you to assimilate all the benefits of the yoga practice.

He is a qualified Yoga Teacher who has a passion for creating prolific playlists that accompany his classes, Self Employed Painter & Decorator of 33 years
