Immerse yourself in a nourishing sea of sound and allow the stresses of daily life to gently drift away. As waves of healing vibration wash over you, you'll be invited into a deeply restorative state where tension softens, the mind becomes calm and clear, and the body can fully relax and recharge.

Guided by Annie's pure and heartfelt voice, and surrounded by the rich, resonant tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments, this sound journey offers a gentle yet powerful reset for body, mind and spirit. Many participants leave feeling deeply refreshed, grounded and renewed, often enjoying improved sleep and a greater sense of inner peace and clarity.

Annie will be joined by the talented musician and Sound Healer, River Tree, whose beautiful offerings on flutes, didgeridoo and handpans add another layer of magic and depth to this immersive experience.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to create your own cosy nest for the journey.

Afterwards, you're warmly invited to stay and connect over a cup of soothing ginger tea and a delicious bliss ball as we gently return and integrate the experience together.
