Alcohol-Free Beverage Education with Free Spirits Beverage Company!

Join Briana and Melissa, the owners of Free Spirit Beverage Co. for the art of building complex, satisfying cocktails without alcohol. Learn about crafting cocktails using shrubs and select products from Free Spirits line, while also learning foundational components of great cocktail building (balance, acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and aromatics) that translate to both non-alcoholic and traditional cocktails.

Throughout the night, enjoy three alcohol-free cocktails. Attendees leave feeling confident and inspired, with recipes to take home and experiment more.

Whether you’re participating in Dry January, exploring non-alcoholic options, or looking to expand your drink repertoire, this class is designed to be informative and engaging for everyone.

Charcuterie-style snacks will be provided by the Boise Co-op Deli.

Founded by Briana Beford and Melissa Nodzu, FSBC evolved from the locally loved iOnE Bitters and now crafts small-batch, plant-forward beverages inspired by seasonal ingredients, local farms, and the art of alcohol-free mixology.
