In this course we will discover a few different techniques like flows, roses and dreamy landscapes. At the first session we will make some stylish, unique, hot like Aussie summer Christmas cards that you can send to your family and friends! How cool is that?!

And who knows maybe some of your stunning creations will end up as gifts under the Christmas tree this year.

Course Details: 
10 November - 1 December 2023, every Friday, 6 pm till 8 pm 
Where: Gary Holland Centre, Studio 4, 19 Kent Street, Rockingham

Course Program: 

• 10 November - Part 1: Free flow - feel the material, get familiar with wisps and fades techniques
• 17 November - Part 2: Christmas cards - Create a set of stunning unique Christmas cards with wisps and gold veins
• 24 November - Part 3: Landscape - create a stunning A3 size abstract landscape
• 1 December - Part 4: Paint and Draw - unleash your creativity! Create an alcohol ink backdrop for your drawing. Use our stencils to guide you

• Guidance and assistance with your practise
• Freedom to explore the medium and express your creative vision
• Gourmet platter, tea/coffee, water

What you need to bring: 

• An artist's apron or clothes that you don't mind getting stained

Note: Please be aware that alcohol inks contain isopropyl alcohol that need to be handled with care. Participants will be offered to wear masks and latex gloves during their practice and the venue will be well ventilated. This course is not suitable for children under 16 and not recommended for pregnant women.
