The Association of Land Development Engineers is proud to present the second Leadership in Land Development Luncheon event!
After a successful first event showcasing the journeys of industry leaders that encouraged insightful presentations and thought provoking discussion, the event is back with a new theme, new speaker line up and exciting new venue.
The focus for this event will be 'Transformation'
Transformation is all around us. Whether it be through technology, behaviour or societal movements and changes, most industries are moving in different or multiple different directions at the same time.
Change can be challenging to navigate, and whether it is micro or macro in nature, can be disruptive. So do we adapt or look to get ahead of changes, or remain cautious until we understand the parameters at play?
The second Leadership Luncheon will explore the theme of Transformation and what this could look like across the various facets of the industry going forward.
The event will include insights from some of the industry's top decision makers and visionaries leading the way in embracing the latest in cutting edge approaches, future-building ideas and innovation.
Speakers and panelists will share real life examples of transformations within their teams, organisations and sectors and some of the barriers encountered and resolved along the way.

The event will offer an intimate In Person option including lunch (which will be limited to only 70 guests) or a Digital Pass (with the recording of the event sent out within 48 hours after the event.)
