Aldinga Dance

Dance for Women. Freedom and expression. 

A dance class to revitalise and celebrate bodies in motion. We warm up, do some free dance, some routines taught to fun songs (in a variety of styles!) and some creative movement using contemporary ideas. Release, energise and have fun.
