SESSION CONCEPT

This session is themed United in Stillness; a state of collective calmness, peace, and connectivity through shared quietude.

ALI9 synchronizes the therapeutic qualities of multi-dimensional sound healing instruments, traditional Finnish sauna, and cold plunge aligning your physical, astral, and spiritual bodies in divine harmony.

By applying specific frequencies particularly focused on the body’s energy centers (chakras), participants may experience benefits like:

Shifting brainwaves from beta state; conscious alertness, to theta state; deep relaxation, to delta state; the slowest and highest amplitude brainwave frequency/deep restorative rest.
Resetting the nervous system (shift the nervous system from the "fight-or-flight" state (sympathetic) to the "rest and digest" state (parasympathetic) lowering cortisol levels.

SESSION ITINERARY

5:45 PM arrival time.
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM sound bath meditation.
10 Minute Interlude: Grounding, Reflecting, Hydrating.
7:40 PM - 7:55 PM sauna bath (15 mins. max).
7:55 PM - 8:00 PM cold bath (2 mins. max).

HOW TO PREPARE

Arrive 15 minutes early to get nestled in.
Wear comfortable clothing for you to easily navigate through the entire experience as you transition from sound meditation, to the sauna, and finally the cold plunge.
Silence mobile devices.
Bring yoga mat or sleeping mat.
Bring a light blanket (due to instruments' frequency range of 68Hz to 4,225Hz participants may experience body temperature fluctuations).
Silk sleep masks will be provided.
Bring a pillow or two (recommended for head, shoulder, hip, and lower back support).
Bring water to stay hydrated before, during, and after the session. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the welcome desk.
