HOW TO PREPARE

For your comfort, please bring;

• Wear comfortable fitting clothing
• Bring yoga or sleeping mat (reclining chairs will be removed for this special session to allow myself and instruments to engage each of your energy vortices)
• Bring a light blanket (due to instruments' frequency range of 68 Hz to 4,225 Hz you may experience body temperature fluctuations)
• Bring a weighted eye mask or standard eye mask (recommended not necessary)
• Bring a pillow or two (recommended for head, shoulder, hip, and lower back support)
• Bring water to stay hydrated before, during, and after the session
• Most importantly, set your intentions and bring an open heart
