ALIBII 'Like A Dream' Single Launch

On the 21st of February 2025, we lived through what can now only be described as a nightmare scenario. Following a sold-out gig, within 20 minutes of being home, someone broke into our car and stole all of the gear we used to play live. The experience was traumatic, in the moment it was hard to even fathom whether what was happening was real - a feeling we would use for inspiration for the next release. Amongst the tragedy that was this huge step backwards, there was an amazing silver lining. The following day, we would wake up to over 100 messages from a cacophony of friends, followers and fellow musicians, reaching out, showing support, donating gear, offering money from their pockets!
Somehow, this horrible circumstance brought us closer to everyone, not only did the donations from some generous friends mean we could continue to gig without taking a break, but the love and passion we felt from those that reached out or donated in some way was something different, we’ve never felt more driven to keep doing this. We owe it to those that didn’t let this stop us! So on the 22nd of November please come and join us at the sneaky possum for the release of our new single “Like a Dream”. We want to feel close to everyone who’s showed support this year, let’s get sweaty and dance shoulder to shoulder, let’s celebrate the community the way they celebrated us.
