Description
Step beyond the looking glass and into Alice in Horrorland, a twisted, theatrical burlesque course from Foxxxy Curves.
Set to "Wonderland" by Neoni, this routine takes the characters you know and drags them somewhere darker. Creepy, sexy and a little unhinged, with each performer bringing their own Horrorland character to life (inspired of course by the traditional Alice in Wonderland and Alice through the Looking Glass characters!).

Tuesdays, 7.45pm to 9.30pm

Performance: Seasonal Tease, Friday 30 October 2026
Venue: Bollywood Dance Studio, Bank St, East Vic Park.
Costumes
Each performer will choose their Horrorland character when signing up so you've got the MOST time to prepare, so get in early if you have your eye on a particular character as only 2 spaces for each one exist! Costuming inspiration and character options can be found in the Pinterest board below, BUT I'd love you to add your own spin on it. Be as dark, brooding and grotesque as you like, as long as the original character is obvious! To keep it simple and effective we'll be using the following characters:

FAQs
- What dance level should I have coming into this?
Some performance experience is required, as we won't have time to learn the foundations alongside the choreography. Otherwise, this is a high-level intermediate/advanced class.
- Can I do the class and not perform?
For this one, no. This is a performance class and therefore not available to those not wishing to perform.
