Start your morning on Friday, January 3rd, with a unique outdoor yoga event hosted by My Asana studio. Held at the stunning Christison Park by the lighthouse, this 90-minute gathering offers a beautiful way to reflect, reconnect, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

🔆 What to expect

Let’s honour the turn of the year with thoughtful movement and ceremony.

Mandala creation: Together, we’ll build a mandala using natural elements like flowers, leaves, or crystals—a meaningful ritual symbolising balance, renewal, and connection. Feel free to bring your own pieces to add to the mandala!
Mandala Yoga Flow: Move through a circular, creative, and meditative sequence inspired by the five elements. This playful practice invites you to align with the cycles of nature, embrace its rhythms, and start the year feeling grounded, connected, and inspired.
Sharing circle: Reflect on the past year, set intentions for the one ahead, and enjoy a warm cup of chai in the company of like-minded individuals.
