A warm, welcoming and safe space within a cool, modern venue. A hygienic area to nestle into for the experience, equip with a yoga mat, bolster and blanket. Professional and qualified BW practitioners to facilitate an informative and safe experience. Powerful and well thought out music playlists that support your breathwork journey. The breathwork journey itself will run upto an hour with time to integrate and process your journey. A game changing practise to add to your tool belt.

KAITY:

Kaity is a Trauma-Informed Biodynamic Breathwork Practitioner dedicated to working with those processing past traumas and adversities through gentle recalibration of the nervous system. Her past experiences working in Mental Health as a Nurse support her in understand img

the wide spectrum of emotions and processes one may go through throughout their healing journey. Kaity works with the resonance and energetics of the body & heart field. Kaity has gained experience in sharing Breathwork over the past 5 years working in Aoteroa, Australia and Bali opening herself up to various communities of minority and ethnicities. Including people of all cultures, religions, gender identities and sexuality is important to her and all who walk into this space shall be held with the upmost respect as a unique individual.

AMBER:
Amber is a certified breathwork practitioner, channel, intuitive guide and energy worker. Having experienced the benefits of breathwork through her own healing journey, Amber joined forces with Kaity to facilitate game changing workshops! Amber is extremely passionate about holding safe, supportive… and empowering space where her clients can release pain and trauma, gain clarity and heal in a way that promotes personal and spiritual growth.
Amber brings her knowledge and gifts of energy work to the breathwork practise creating a unique experience for the participants.

Amber and Kaity's work together has evolved over the last 3 years as have they, and as a result Align breathwork has emerged! With a shared intention to hold deeply safe and supportive space to empower you on your healing and self development journey.
