Imagine a reality where your work did not deplete you, but rather nourished you. Imagine you were able to set healthy boundaries that created a space for more creativity. Imagine surrounding yourself with people that truly understand and support you…. a world where nothing much triggers you. Just imagine for a moment, you were able to create a life of boundless joy, peace and fulfilment.

What excites Mal about doing this work is that she gets to see people transform by helping their relationships transform. She sees people go from arguments and tension to become accepting and compassionate in relationships. She has seen even within an hour of her work, a team go from not talking to each other to working in absolute harmony and because of this, she get’s to witness people feel alive again, be less stressed and more at peace.

“It is the quality of our relationships that determines the quality of our lives”.
