Together, we’ll slow down and soften, weaving breath, mindful movement, and womb-inspired yoga to gently build warmth from within. As the world stills, we’ll turn inward — reconnecting with our intuition, inner power, and the wisdom that lives deep beneath the surface.

Cacao will open the heart and deepen intention, creating a soft, ceremonial space to listen, feel, and realign.
