Throughout guided breathing techniques, you will be able to identify and let go of limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and anything that no longer serves your highest good. *Learning how to trust the life, how to stop blaming others and taking the full responsibility for your life (triggers are always teaching you)

Participation in Psychosomatic Breathing sessions can be deeply transformative but there are some precautions to be aware of.

Please Exercise Caution If:
You have any cardiovascular issues, including a history of heart disease, angina, or heart surgery.
You suffer from severe hypertension or respiratory issues.
You are currently pregnant or think you might be.
You have been diagnosed with epilepsy or other seizure disorders.

Everything that involves learning about emotions, releasing emotions, healing, counselling, constellations she is there to experience and learn first-hand. She believes that breathwork is the best and easiest toll to release our stuck emotions on daily, weekly or monthly basis. As you learn breathing not only oxygen but also divine energy, the transormations that comes from that can be so amazing and life changing.
