You have any cardiovascular issues, including a history of heart disease, angina, or heart surgery.
You suffer from severe hypertension or respiratory issues.
You are currently pregnant or think you might be.
You have been diagnosed with epilepsy or other seizure disorders.

Everything that involves learning about emotions, releasing emotions, healing, counselling, constellations she is there to experience and learn first-hand. She believes that breathwork is the best and easiest toll to release our stuck emotions on daily, weekly or monthly basis. As you learn breathing not only oxygen but also divine energy, the transormations that comes from that can be so amazing and life changing.
