During this workshop, we will utilise the power of breath and full moon to delve deep into your subconscious mind and release any stagnant energy that may be holding you back. Throughout guided breathing techniques, you will be able to identify and let go of limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and anything that no longer serves your highest good. Don't miss this chance to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation.
What to expect:
* Finding what lights you up and what depletes you in your life
*Learning how to trust the life, how to stop blaming others and taking the full responsibility for your life (triggers are always teaching you)
*Focusing of what would you like to change in your life and releasing trauma out of your body/life with a transformative breath-work
*Getting clarity on direction you’re not sure about yet
*Learn how to breathe fully
*Releasing any blockages that are on the way stopping you from perusing your desires
*Blue Lotus drops/tea before breathing
*Refreshments afterwards for grounding
Wear your cosiest clothes and bring a blanket.
Precautions and Contraindications for Sessions:
Participation in Psychosomatic Breathing sessions can be deeply transformative but there are some precautions to be aware of.
Please Exercise Caution If:
You have any cardiovascular issues, including a history of heart disease, angina, or heart surgery.
You suffer from severe hypertension or respiratory issues.
You are currently pregnant or think you might be.
You have been diagnosed with epilepsy or other seizure disorders.
You have experienced recent physical injuries, particularly to the chest or abdomen.Your facilitator:
Janja is a amazing therapist, space holder, yogini, dedicated to change life through healing generational trauma. Forever student of this mystical life. Everything that involves learning about emotions, releasing emotions, healing, counselling, constellations she is there to experience and learn first-hand. She believes that breathwork is the best and easiest toll to release our stuck emotions on daily, weekly or monthly basis. As you learn breathing not only oxygen but also divine energy, the transormations that comes from that can be so amazing and life changing.

As much as this work can be profoundly healing, is it up to you if you will let yourself fully surrender, trust and follow the instructions. I cannot breathe for you or let go off any emotions for you. I can guide you, help move some stagnant energy and create safe space. The rest is up to you.
