ALIVE- Ecstatic Dance Denmark
Event description
Monthly ecstatic dances held with the intention of allowing the body/mind to free itself from the usual patterns/habits and explore consciousness in an embodied way.
This is a safe place to explore how the body wants to move in the moment, in relation to music and other beings.
There is no experience required, you dont need to know HOW to dance. All that's needed is a willingness to step into the space and allow movement to happen.
Arrive 6:15pm for 15m warm up/land in space/stretch
Doors will close at 6:30pm and we will dance for 75min, closing the space by 8pm.
Please no phones, talking on the dance floor, drugs or alcohol
Barefoot, socks or dance shoes
Please be mindful of your body in the space and only contact with consent
