So, let’s take a trip through Australian Publishing industry – the in’s and out’s, the do’s and don’ts, the who’s who, of all things publishing. No matter what you are writing, this information will be invaluable.
This session will be an A-Z of publishing - you will learn about the people who will make decisions regarding your book, the importance of sales, marketing and publicity, and changing of social media and the role it plays in publishing land. You will also hear about the financial side of publishing and how not to get taken for a financial ride.

This is an online workshop with a focus on publishing industry; it will be hosted via Zoom. This workshop is suitable for writers looking to submit to publishers, and anyone who is interested in the world of publishing.
About Benny
An industry professional for over 40 years, Benny has run her own successful publishing house, and has also held various positions as Managing Director, General Manager, Publisher, and Sales & Marketing Director. Her expertise is mainly in non-fiction, particular memoir, and under her guidance has had several international successful fiction titles. She has also had two of her own books published.
Passionate about publishing and writing, Benny has many skills that she can offer authors to help get their books published. She is also very well connected in the industry.
