All Access Beach Day

Come along to All Access Beach Day for a fun, welcoming and inclusive day at the beach for people of all abilities, their families, friends and support people.

There will be market stalls run by people with disability, giving you the chance to browse, shop and support local stallholders.

We will also have beach wheelchairs available to help people access the sand and enjoy the beach. Support will be available for people who need assistance using a beach wheelchair.

A hoist will be available for people who need support transferring from their wheelchair into a beach wheelchair and back again. Trained staff and volunteers will be available to assist with transfers where required.

If you would like to use a beach wheelchair, the hoist, or require any assistance to access the beach, please book a Beach Wheelchair Ticket and complete the Beach Wheelchair Booking Form (Dicky Beach SLSC). The form allows you to tell us about your support requirements so we can ensure the right equipment and assistance are available on the day.
