Come and experience the joy of GROOVE in a welcoming, inclusive and supportive space where there is no right or wrong way to move. Whether you dance seated, standing, with a walker, wheelchair or mobility aid — YOU belong here.

This is not about fitness perfection or dance experience. It’s about movement, connection, laughter, music and feeling good in your body.

By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Participation & Health

• Participation in GROOVE classes and events is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

• Please move within your own physical limits and choose the level of participation that feels right for your body.

• Participants and their support worker/carer are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and wellbeing during the event.

• If you have any medical conditions, injuries, mobility concerns, or are unsure whether participation is suitable for you, please seek medical advice prior to attending.

Liability Waiver

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The GROOVE Space, GROOVY Suse / Susanne Wright, facilitators, venue owners, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or personal property loss sustained during or in connection with participation in the event.

• Participants accept full responsibility for their own safety and wellbeing while attending the event.

Accessibility & Personal Responsibility

• All classes are inclusive and participants are encouraged to participate in the way that best suits their body and abilities, whether seated, standing, or using mobility aids.

• Participants are responsible for using any mobility aids or equipment safely.

Photography & Social Media

• Photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by The GROOVE Space.

• By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional material, social media, websites, and future event marketing without compensation.

• If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify the facilitator prior to the event.

Tickets & Refunds

• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser prior to the event where applicable.

• If you have any injury and can no longer use your class pass, pls have a chat to me in person

Respectful Environment

• The GROOVE Space is a welcoming, inclusive, and judgement-free environment. Respectful behavior towards all participants, facilitators, staff, and venue personnel is expected at all times.
