All of HER - Monthly Women's Circle
Come as you are
This is not your usual circle - think workshop but in an intentional, intimate and nurturing space. This is for those who are ready to exhale, learn a new skill and have something more real than surface-level connection.
Why this circle
Your life is full and you hold a lot. And there are parts of you that don’t get space in your everyday life.
The part that’s tired.
The part that’s unsure.
The part that doesn’t have it all together.
This is the space where you don’t have to hold them in.
When women come together like this, something shifts.
You soften. You speak more honestly. You feel less alone.
What you get
This isn’t just any circle. It’s a curated experience designed to give you something most women don’t have enough of:
Space to decompress
→ your body actually unwinds
Real conversation
→ not surface-level, not performative
Learn a new skill
→ something to take away with you
Time that’s yours
→ not productive or efficient, just restorative
You leave feeling clearer. Lighter. More like yourself.
What you experience
Each month is intentionally designed.
Not just to gather but to give you a different way back into yourself.
Gentle meditation
Reflection time
Being creative
Afternoon tea
Connection time
A Nourish Kit to take home
In addition, each circle includes a curated experience or guest facilitator.
Not as a performance, but as a way to drop you out of your head and into your body, your senses, your experience.
For the May circle, our Guest Facilitator Bansi Somaiya, Yoga Instructor and Remedial Massage Therapist, will guide you through a simple yet powerful self-care ritual - Abhyanga.
Abhyanga is a warm oil self-massage that slows you down and brings you back into your body.
It’s a simple but deeply grounding practice.
The kind that:
softens tension you didn’t realise you were holding
calms your nervous system
helps you feel present, connected, and at ease
Who is this for
For the woman who:
Holds a lot quietly, is tired, stressed and overwhelmed
Feels disconnected
Wants something deeper than surface-level catch-ups
Is ready for spaces that feel real, warm and welcoming
Wants to bring back pure joy in her life
Is ready to honour herself
Every detail is considered.
So you can arrive and actually drop in.
If something in you is saying Yes, I want this, follow that voice.
