RETURN TO SELF | The Studio Opening Experience
Description
To celebrate the opening of The Studio, within the new All Things Golden flagship store, we’re inviting you to join us for Return To Self – an intimate four-hour retreat, created for just 18 guests and hosted by A.T.G Founder Olivia Coleman.
This ritual-led gathering offers a first taste of what The Studio will hold in the seasons ahead – a sensory experience weaving together somatic movement, workshop, nervous system regulation, breath, sound and connection.
Led by a collective of facilitators who share our approach to ritual and wellbeing, the experience will unfold over four considered hours, with nourishing food and custom drinks served throughout, thoughtfully catering to all dietary requirements.
BREATH + SOUND, WITH JAYDEN McGRATH
Explore an immersive sound and breathwork journey guided by dedicated musician and breathwork facilitator Jayden McGrath – a restorative experience designed to help you move inward, release and reconnect.
An opportunity to step away from the noise, slow down and create space for presence, shared experience and connection.
More than a store, All Things Golden is creating a meeting place for community – a space to breathe, rest, learn, move and connect. A space to pause. A space to gather. A space to return to yourself.
Leave with an All Things Golden Ritual Gift Pack, valued at over $150, filled with a considered selection of some of our favourite things to continue the ritual at home.
We can’t wait to welcome you into The Studio.

FAQs
- Who is this event for?
This event is for anyone wanting to slow down, reconnect and experience a nourishing few hours of movement, breathwork, nervous system support and community. No previous experience is needed.
- Do I need any movement, breathwork or meditation experience?
Not at all. Everything will be guided and designed to be accessible for beginners as well as those with an existing practice.
- What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that you can move, sit and relax in throughout the experience. If you have an All Things Golden piece, we’d love to see you in it - just make sure you choose something you’ll feel completely comfortable moving and unwinding in. Soft layers, activewear and easy separates are all welcome.
- What should I bring?
We recommend bringing a water bottle and anything that helps you feel comfortable during slower practices, such as warm socks or an extra layer. We’ll let you know before the event if there’s anything specific you’ll need to bring.
- Is this a workout?
Not in the traditional sense. While there will be gentle movement, the experience is designed around slowing down, regulating and reconnecting rather than pushing your body physically.
- What time should I arrive?
Please arrive around on time so you have time to check in, settle into the space and get comfortable before we start.
- Can I come alone?
Absolutely. We’re creating the event to feel warm and welcoming whether you arrive with friends or come on your own. There will also be opportunities to connect with others throughout the experience.
- Can I attend if I’m pregnant, injured or have a medical condition?
Some movement and breathwork practices may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have an injury, medical condition or any concerns about participating, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional beforehand and letting our facilitators know on arrival so practices can be modified where appropriate.
- Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes - if you’re no longer able to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another guest. Please contact us (thestudio@allthingsgolden.com) minimum 48hours ahead of the event so we can update the booking.
- Will there be food and drinks?
Light refreshments and drinks will be provided throughout the event. Please include any dietary requirements when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
