A Fusion of The 360 Emergence and Yoga with Delamay Devi and Madeleine Lyons

During this 2.5 hour Movement Lab you'll be guided by two experienced embodiment facilitators through a terrain of somatic exploration and movement meditation. Using music as our guide, the invitation is to stretch, unwind, fold and travel while weaving a 360 degree of awareness alongside Allowing.

Moving with Allowing.
As we step into this experience we surrender the actions of doing, pushing, striving or forcing and lean into and learn from Allowing.

The body is our divining rod, music our ally, silence our guide. In this time of fragmentation, information overload, lets unplug from the network and plug into the net that works.

Delamay Devi
A Yoga teacher and facilitator of The 360 Emergence, with a lifelong dedication to merging the physical with the spiritual and magical with the practical aspects of being human. She’s internationally recognised for her workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings for over two decades. Delamay weaves an inspirational and enriching journey on the mat with Prana Vinyasa Yoga and blends Yoga philosophy and the sacred cycles of existence while on the dance floor sharing The 360 Emergence movement practices. She invites you to explore the rhythm of your breath, the flow of your body and the formlessness of meditation in this uplifting space while tuning into your embodied wisdom, and feeling empowering to express your authentic self.

Madeleine Lyons
I bring people together to access the Earth genius we’re all made of. Having danced my whole life, I've been part of the conscious and ecstatic dance communities in Sydney and the Northern Rivers for the past twelve years. I’m honoured to be apprenticing globally recognised somatic movement grand-mistresses Kate Shela and Amber Ryan, and to have trained with New York City’s stellar DJ, Tasha Blank. I’m a student of somatic healing, living systems, love and nature-inspired entrepreneurialism; and have qualifications in systems psychodynamics and leadership, psychotherapy, philosophy and environmental studies.
