Through mindful movement and art you connect to yourself allowing what is alive in you in the present moment.

Often we can be so hard on ourselves.

What if we took a different approach and softened into out nature.

As Mary Oliver says in her poem Wild Geese.......

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.

Can we soften and allow our being, trusting that we will begin to move in the direction we need to go when we are ready?

No experience needed. Every body is welcome.

Morning and afternoon tea is provided.
