On Fri March 22nd musicians from world music group ALLY, aka little Caribe, are coming to El Horses to celebrate Harmony Day alongside insanely wonderful Cuban dancer Cruz Vazquez Borges. ARIA-nominated ALLY presents global music drawn from Afro-Peruvian, Cuban, Afro-Brazilian and Andalusian traditional rhythms paired with a modern jazz aesthetic and spoken word. AND because they know Nowra loves to dance, they'll be performing a set of Cuban rumba and son for you to shake those hips! Our first set features Brazilian Slam Poet Queen Dai Moret and the second features you on the dance floor with Cruz enjoying mambo, son, guaguancó and more.
