Empirical Prey: Forging New Sonic Realms

Born from the depths of musical exploration, Empirical Prey emerges as a beacon of sonic innovation in the indie and psychedelic rock scene. Led by the visionary guitarist Mark Ward, this collective of seasoned musicians has traversed the musical landscape for decades, honing their craft and pushing the boundaries of sound.

At the helm of Empirical Prey is Mark Ward, an experienced music producer with an insatiable thirst for sonic experimentation, has been around the block in the Australian music scene. His quest to create a unique rock sound has led the band into uncharted territory, blending heavy, unfiltered guitar riffs with orchestral fantasy and dynamic angelic vocals. It's a sound that defies categorization, drawing listeners into a mesmerizing journey through realms of psychedelic rock.

Front and center is the charismatic and poetic vocalist, Cail Baroni, whose powerful and diverse vocal range commands attention with every note. Drawing comparisons to iconic artists like Matthew Bellamy, Jeff Buckley, and even Michael Jackson, Baroni weaves tales of introspection and wonder, inviting listeners to lose themselves in the music.

Backing them up with rhythmic precision is Kane Baker on drums, a fellow survivor of the Electric Hippies, whose beats provide the heartbeat of Empirical Prey's sonic tapestry. And anchoring the band with solid basslines is Yiorgs Sgourakis, whose experience and expertise bring depth and dimension to every composition.

Together, Empirical Prey invites audiences on a transcendental journey through sound, where boundaries blur and possibilities are endless. With their upcoming album, they promise to push the limits of musical exploration even further, inviting listeners to join them on an unforgettable sonic odyssey.
