Notice is hereby given that the 28th Alpine Health Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 28 November 2024 commencing at 2.30 pm at Myrtleford Hospital Multipurpose Room, 30 O'Donnell Avenue, Myrtleford.

BUSINESS:

To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
To receive the Annual Report of Operations of the Board of Directors and audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024
To receive the Quality Account 2023-2024
Staff Recognition & Service Awards
Volunteer Service Awards

Light refreshments will follow the formal proceedings. Questions should be submitted online in advance of the meeting to info@alpinehealth.org.au and must be received by 26 November 2024.
