Alumni Night is Women Entering Business's flagship event, designed to connect students, alumni, and industry professionals for an evening filled with networking, impactful discussions, and inspiration. Join us for an in evening that showcases the strength, resilience and diverse journeys of women in business.

Our 2025 theme, Power in Progress, reflects the evolving nature of career development and personal growth. It challenges the traditional definitions of success by highlighting the diverse paths that women take to build impactful, value-driven careers. Our theme is about embracing growth not as a linear path but as a dynamic journey shaped by challenges, values, and personal ambition. In today’s ever-changing professional landscape, the pressure to conform to traditional markers of success can be overwhelming, but this year’s event is a call to redefine those expectations.

This year's esteemed panel will feature accomplished alumni and professional women who have navigated their careers with purpose and authenticity, embracing their unique strengths and forging their careers. Through compelling stories and lived experiences, our speakers will share how they’ve harnessed their unique strengths, navigated uncertainty, and carved out careers that reflect who they truly are.

Over the past nine years, WEB has empowered thousands of students to develop their confidence, build meaningful careers, and break barriers in business. We've hosted transformative events, fostered mentorships, and created a space where ambition and authenticity thrive. We are committed to helping our community explore the ways in which women have uniquely defined and paved their paths to success, using their experiences, life lessons, and skills to create their own versions of success.
