AMaGA Victoria End of Year Event

Please join AMaGA Victoria on Tuesday 8 December for our annual End of Year Celebration, an evening of reflection and good cheer marking the accomplishments of 2026.

Date: Tuesday 8 December
Time: 5:00 - 7.30 PM
Venue: The Carousel, 1 Eastern Beach Rd, Geelong VIC 3220

This year, we’ll gather with friends and colleagues from across the sector at The Carousel on the Geelong Waterfront. It’s set in a striking purpose-built undercover structure with waterfront views, including festive night-time light shows from the famous Geelong Floating Christmas Tree.

Enjoy delicious food and drinks surrounded by the original Armitage-Herschell steam-driven, hand-carved wooden carousel, built around 1892. One of only 200 still operating worldwide, it features 36 beautifully crafted Dare horses and two ornate chariots, offering a nostalgic experience for visitors of all ages. And yes...The Carousel will be operational on the night!

Guests will also have a chance to win one of our famous door prizes, featuring gifts from many of our member organisations and supporters.

A big thank you goes out to the National Wool Museum for their generous support and partnership for this event.

The night is set to be a warm and well-deserved celebration for the sector, and we look forward to seeing you there.
