From the years of experience of Jennifer Jones - former interior stylist & current, leading Northern Beaches caterer; this is food styling at its best.
Paying homage to the natural beauty to be found in fresh produce, kids & big kids alike will appreciate the inherent aesthetics of everyday foods through naturally occurring, colour, form, texture, patterns etc. The principles & elements of design will be paramount to developing an enhanced awareness of the immediate or potential beauty in what we eat through taste & beyond.
Learn how to truly amaze with grazing tables & platters. Create your own masterpieces to wow your family and friends into the future. Explore creative expression through the medium of food, creating single & multidimensional edible artworks.
You will take away secrets & simple techniques which you can apply to any dish for every home entertaining/ food presentation/occasion. Move over Uber Eats, make way for you - the new gourmet guru of your street!
Graze/eat as you go or take graze boxes of your creations to go. Any unused food will be donated to disadvantaged or homeless locals by way of Localkind as one of their many fabulous food redistribution initiatives.
All dietaries can be accommodated with a minimum of 3 days advance notice.
