Description
NWIIWA Ambassador Committee
The NWIIWA Ambassador Committee is a vibrant group of women dedicated to ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and connected. Ambassadors serve as the heart of the organization—building meaningful relationships, strengthening member retention, and championing the mission of NWIIWA at every opportunity.
What Our Ambassadors Do
Member Retention & Relationship Building
Ambassadors regularly check in with members, especially those who may not have been active recently. They encourage participation in events, committees, and programs while sharing valuable feedback with NWIIWA leadership to help enhance the overall member experience.
Welcome & Engage New and Returning Members
Ambassadors are often the first point of connection for new and prospective members. They provide a warm welcome, help navigate membership benefits, introduce members to others, and invite them to upcoming events—making sure no one feels like they’re walking in alone.
Support NWIIWA Events
When available, Ambassadors volunteer at events to help spark conversation, facilitate networking, and represent NWIIWA with a welcoming and inclusive presence. Their role helps set the tone for meaningful connections at every gathering.
What Makes a Great NWIIWA Ambassador
Ambassadors are approachable, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy building relationships. They take pride in representing NWIIWA’s mission of empowering women in the workplace and beyond, and they value creating a sense of belonging for others.
