What the Mentorship Committee Does
✔ Support Mentorship Programs
Help plan, launch, and improve NWIIWA mentorship programs, including structure, timelines, and resources.
✔ Encourage Mentor & Mentee Engagement
Support communication between participants, help answer questions, and promote successful mentor–mentee relationships.
✔ Collaborate on Program Direction
Attend committee meetings to review progress, share feedback, and help strengthen the overall mentorship experience.
✔ Support Mentorship Events
Assist with mentorship-related gatherings, workshops, or program celebrations when applicable.
