3:00pm - 5:00pm: Tours of NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) or U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC) ***
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Welcome & Networking Dinner Reception at U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC)

NASA requests that we gather attendee's Full Legal Name (as it appears on your government ID) and U.S. citizenship status for security vetting. NASA's vetting process to permit you on the tour is at NASA's discretion, not EWI's, Therefore, we cannot guarantee. Thus, we are offering a fantastic, docent-guided tour of U.S. Space & Rocket Center at the same time.
Both tours require walking and/or climbing into vans or shuttles for transportation. If you do not wish to participate in either, please indicate 'no' on your Checkout.

- What is the AMC Member Registration Fee?
For AMC Members, the registration fee is $225 per person.
- Do I have to use the hotel room block?
No. You may make your reservation at any Huntsville-area hotel. We offer the $229 room block rate at the Trilogy Hotel Huntsville to attendees as a courtesy.
Please note that the meeting venue will be at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, so plan your travel time from your selected hotel to the U.S, Space and Rocket Center accordingly.
- Why am I being asked for my full legal name at registration?

- What if I do not meet NASA's requirements and am unable to participate in that tour?
Absolutely no worries. We will be offering a docent-guided tour of the U.S. Space and Rocket Center at the same time, for those that will not be participating in the NASA tour, for any reason.
Then, following the guided tours will be the Welcome & Networking Dinner Reception from 6:00-8:00pm at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
