**Please note that the schedule of events is different for the Fall Meeting. The General Session & Dinner Reception will be on the FIRST day, and the Members-only Session will be on the SECOND day. Please make travel plans accordingly.

9:00am - 9:15am: AMC Welcome

9:15am - 12:00pm: Guest Speakers TBD

12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm - 2:30pm: Guest Speakers

3:00pm - 5:00pm: Tours of NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) or U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC) ***

6:00pm - 8:00pm: Welcome & Networking Dinner Reception at U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC)

MEMBERS-ONLY SESSION

Thursday, November 5, 2026:

9:00am - 12:00pm: AMC Project Updates

12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm - 2:00pm: Wrap-up

2:00pm: Meeting Concludes

***IMPORTANT NOTES:

NASA requests that we gather attendee's Full Legal Name (as it appears on your government ID) and U.S. citizenship status for security vetting. NASA's vetting process to permit you on the tour is at NASA's discretion, not EWI's, Therefore, we cannot guarantee. Thus, we are offering a fantastic, docent-guided tour of U.S. Space & Rocket Center at the same time.
Both tours require walking and/or climbing into vans or shuttles for transportation. If you do not wish to participate in either, please indicate 'no' on your Checkout.
