Meatworksco Presents: Smoke & Whisky – An Exclusive Pairing Experience

Experience an evening where American barbecue tradition meets Japanese whisky craftsmanship.

Join us at Meatworksco for a one-night-only dining event featuring our signature slow-smoked meats, cooked low and slow over Hickory & Cherrywood and paired with the exceptional range of Nikka Whisky, one of Japan's most celebrated whisky houses.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a multi-course menu showcasing the bold, rich flavours of authentic American BBQ. Each course has been thoughtfully matched with a premium Nikka expression, highlighting the unique balance, complexity, and character that have made Japanese whisky renowned around the world.

From tender smoked brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs to carefully selected whisky pairings, this immersive dining experience is designed to take you on a journey through smoke, fire, and flavour.
