Description

Celebrate the festive season with a magical afternoon of Christmas songs and carols played live on a harp outdoors. Gather under the shade of majestic gum trees as the beautiful, ambient sounds of strings blend perfectly with the natural rustle of the Australian bush. This unique open-air concert offers a serene escape from the holiday rush, inviting you to relax on a picnic blanket with family and friends.

Please bring your favourite afternoon refreshments, nibbles, and a chair or picnic rug. Relax and enjoy the music, atmosphere, and the company of those around you.

All proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Hutt St Centre. The Hutt St Centre is a homelessness support service in Adelaide, South Australia. It provides a welcoming wellbeing space offering immediate relief, such as hot meals, showers, and laundry facilities, alongside medical care, social work, case management, and pathways to permanent housing.

Please note: this event is held on the northern side of Shakespeare Avenue (creek side), not the southern side (playground, bbq). Enter the event from Fourth Street, Tranmere, just north of the drain and walk westwards. You can also access the spot from Freeman Avenue, Tranmere and walk eastwards. See Map below.
