- How should I prepare my hair for the masterclass?
Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and clean on the day of the masterclass, without styling products. Your hair can be dry when you arrive — we will prepare it for the hydration ritual during the experience.
- Do I need to bring anything?
No hair-care products are required. The hydration product, shower cap and materials needed for the experience will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing or a top that you don’t mind getting accidentally wet.
- What if I book and can no longer attend?
Please cancel your booking through Humanitix as early as possible. This allows your place to be offered to another woman who would like to attend.
- What happens after this introductory masterclass?
This is an introductory experience. Participants who would like to continue their hair-care journey will have the opportunity to learn about future hydration experiences and other ways to support their hair-care routine.
