Luke Salmon from Recovery Lab Bundall, has been involved in the heath, fitness and wellness industry since 2014.

Initially as a personal trainer, then owner of a boutique personal and group training facility before moving into the online coaching and breath work facilitation space, to now managing the Gold Coast’s Boutique Recovery Location that is Recovery Lab in Bundall.

At Recovery Lab, the team specialise in holistic recovery and wellness. Their recovery protocols extend beyond what the eye can see.
Starting with a low toxin approach to wellness which means no endocrine system disrupting cleaning products, EMFS or toxic pool sanitisers used in the pools.

His love for the hardship and comradery of group fitness was first discovered during his time in the Australian Army, and he truly believes this is what all men need. Laura Gratton has always been fascinated by human behaviour, thought processes, identity and understanding why we say, value and believe the things we do. She has spent well over 10+ years of her life dedicated to studying and coaching in leadership, accountability, neuro linguistics, hypnosis, breathwork, emotional change techniques amongst and to deepen the understanding of who we are.

She is the co-founder of an impactful Sisterhood community based in the heart of Burleigh and runs a coaching business inspired to help people come back to the truth of who they are beyond conditioning.
