Join Katya and Helen for a day of adventuring outdoors, having some FUN and learning how to bring more adventure to our day-to-day.

These are the questions we will be pondering as we take the time out to fill up, rejuvenate and rediscover our mojo.

The day will include a guided walk and forest bathing in the beautiful Alderley Edge countryside, where you will be encouraged to find what feels adventurous to you, along with some prompts and discussions as we enjoy the outdoors. In the afternoon we will spend time journaling, discussing and vision boarding on the questions above, and learning how having fun outside of our comfort zone can increase our resilience for life's more serious challenges.
This day will leave you feeling pepped up, and that will have a great impact on your productivity and your life. This day will profoundly impact your wellbeing, your happiness AND your business. You will be more effective because you will able to be more discerning about what it is that you actually want.
