You will be guided through a series of fun and soulful connection games, designed to help you feel more comfortable, heart-opened, present, and deeply connected with yourself and the other beautiful women in the space.

As well as helping you meet and forge new authentic friendships with other women at this event, the gift from these fun and insightful games will extend beyond the workshop by empowering you with practical life skills that when used will enhance your relationships and communication skills in all areas of your life!

THE FACILITATOR
Kathryn Kassab is a Timeline Therapist, Somatic Therapist and Soulful Connection Facilitator who is passionate about empowering people to build deeper and more meaningful relationships in their life. She brings her knowledge and years of experience in coaching, as well as training in Improv Games and Authentic Relating to share tools and techniques that enable individuals to experience the relationships and connections they truly desire.
