How would you like to spend an afternoon?

RELAXING

We will be doing some short meditations that you

can incorporate into your daily lives.

RECONNECTING

How would you like to reconnect with your intuition?

We will show you some tools you can use whenever

you need to feel grounded or more centred.

REJUVENATING

The afternoon will conclude with a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating

sound bath. Gently soothing and healing the body

through vibration and sound.

This event is a collaboration between Robyn from HK Natural Health,

Anastasia of Genesis of Health and Nicole from Kinesiology Matters.
